More about this book

Story

Two years after the earlier events, Darrow continues living under a false identity inside the ruling elite while trying to advance a revolution against the system that enslaved his people. He moves through training, political maneuvering, and military conflict while balancing loyalty, deception, and the risks of exposure.

As the conflict expands beyond a controlled arena into broader struggles across the solar system, Darrow must deal with shifting alliances, powerful enemies, and the consequences of choices that keep pulling him deeper into danger. Friendships, rivalries, and competing agendas shape every move.

The story builds through escalating betrayals, strategic gambits, and increasingly large-scale warfare, pushing Darrow toward a devastating ending that leaves the future uncertain. His mission, relationships, and sense of self are all tested as the rebellion and the ruling power collide.
