The Story

Bryn Davis starts a new job at a funeral home expecting stability, but she quickly discovers that her employer is using a secret drug to revive the dead and profit from them. Her first day spirals into violence, and she is killed after stumbling onto the operation.

Brought back by the company behind the drug, Bryn is trapped in a dangerous arrangement: she must keep receiving daily doses or her body will break down. To stay alive, she has to help expose the black-market supply chain and the bigger corporate conspiracy behind it.

As Bryn investigates, she is pulled into a web of security agents, power struggles, and reluctant alliances. The story follows her struggle to survive, maintain her identity, and decide who she can trust while the people controlling the drug tighten their grip.
