The Midnight Library

Nora Seed, overwhelmed by regret, grief, and depression, reaches a breaking point and finds herself in the Midnight Library, a space between life and death. There, each book offers a different version of her life based on a choice she made or didn’t make.

Guided by a librarian figure from her past, Nora moves through a series of alternate lives and experiences what might have been: different careers, relationships, ambitions, and outcomes. Each life gives her new perspective on what she lost, what she wanted, and what still matters.

As Nora keeps trying on possibilities, the question becomes not which life is perfect, but whether any life can be made worth living. Her choices begin to affect both the library and her chance to return, forcing her toward a final decision about regret, meaning, and survival.
