More about this book
Story
Arthur Dent is back on Earth after years of improbable space travel, but the planet is not quite what he expected: it still exists, the dolphins are gone, and clues keep suggesting something extraordinary happened while he was away.
As Arthur tries to settle into ordinary life, he meets Fenchurch and falls into a strange, tender romance that pulls him toward questions about memory, flying, and the meaning behind a cryptic divine message.
Meanwhile, the wider Hitchhiker cast drifts in and out of the story until the threads converge in a late journey toward the edge of the cosmos, where Arthur and his companions seek the final answer behind the mystery.
