Search for Senna

David’s ordinary teen life is upended when Senna, a strange girl he’s dating, disappears into the earth and he follows after her with a few friends. They are pulled into Everworld, an alternate realm where gods, monsters, mythic peoples, and alien forces all coexist.

Stranded there, the group must navigate hostile powers, shifting alliances, and a world that is far larger and stranger than they expected. The novel focuses on the immediate shock of arrival, the mystery of Senna’s importance, and the pressure of simply surviving long enough to understand what is happening.

At the same time, the characters’ real-world lives continue in a mirrored way whenever they sleep, creating a split existence between Earth and Everworld. The book ends as the group is still trapped in the larger conflict, with the bigger questions left open for the rest of the series.
