Barbarian's Taming

Maddie is stranded on a harsh alien ice planet, feeling cut off from everyone after her sister’s life changes and her own place in the tribe falls apart. Hurt, lonely, and openly combative, she starts spending time with Hassen, the exiled alien who once stole her sister in an attempt to find a mate.

What begins as a secret, physical arrangement becomes something more complicated as the two learn each other’s habits, needs, and insecurities. Maddie wants affection and attention without being controlled; Hassen, despite his past mistakes, wants closeness, belonging, and a real mate. Their relationship develops alongside personal growth and increasing trust.

At the same time, the tribe’s world becomes less stable. A major disaster and other large changes reshape where and how everyone can live, pushing the characters into survival mode and forcing the community to adapt. The story blends romance with escalating world changes and sets up new directions for the series.
