The Story

A man wakes in a laboratory with no memory of who he is, how he got there, or whether he volunteered for the experimental program he’s in. He is told he has been altered into a stronger, faster, smarter soldier for a war between powerful corporate factions, but the information he receives may not be true.

As he undergoes testing, training, drugs, and field missions, he experiences a powerful attraction to the doctor assigned to him. Their bond deepens even as he begins to suspect that his memories have been wiped, that dreams are leaking through, and that his doctor may be hiding crucial facts.

The story follows his attempts to uncover what really happened to him, what the war is about, and whether the woman he depends on can be trusted. As secrets surface, the conflict between memory, conditioning, desire, and survival intensifies toward a highly disputed ending.
