Stolen Legacy

Captain Jelena Marchenko runs freight across the border worlds while longing for recognition from the Starseer community. When a family acquaintance offers her a paid transport job tied to an ancient relic, she sees a chance to prove herself and maybe finally belong.

The mission soon becomes suspicious as Jelena and her crew carry a small expedition deeper into dangerous territory. Other groups want the artifact too, motives are hidden, and the trip draws pirates, hostile officials, and competing Starseers into the chase.

As the situation escalates, Jelena must decide whom to trust and what the relic is really worth. The journey also pushes her relationship with Thorian into new territory, forcing both of them to confront duty, legacy, and the future they want to build.
