Tangled Webs

In 1725 London, Arista lives a double life. By day she survives the slums under an abusive master; by night she becomes Lady A, a masked figure who trades in secrets among the wealthy.

When her life is upended, she is pulled into dealings with powerful men from both the criminal underworld and the upper classes. At the same time, she meets a wealthy merchant’s son who offers her a very different future.

As Arista tries to buy her freedom and untangle who she can trust, her choices become riskier and more complicated. The story follows her struggle to escape exploitation, survive shifting loyalties, and decide whether love can coexist with the past she is trying to leave behind.
