The Compound

Lily wakes up in a remote desert compound as one of twenty contestants on a popular reality TV show. Cut off from the outside world, the players compete in challenges for rewards that range from comforts and luxuries to basic necessities needed to live in the compound.

As the show continues, the contestants are pushed into coupling, rivalry, secrecy, and ever-shifting alliances while cameras watch every move. Lily remains the central lens on the game, with the narrative staying mostly inside the compound and gradually revealing how the rules shape behavior.

The competition becomes more intense and unsettling as producers raise the stakes and the line between performance, desire, and survival starts to blur. Hints of a troubled world outside the compound add pressure, but the story remains focused on the contestants, the spectacle, and what it costs to keep playing.
