The Athena Protocol

Jessie Archer is an agent for Athena, a secret all-female organization that stages covert missions around the world to stop dangerous criminals and protect women and girls. After Jessie breaks Athena’s strict no-kill rule on a mission, she is kicked off the team right before a major operation.

Determined to prove she was right, Jessie launches her own investigation into the target the team is pursuing. As she works alone, she has to avoid both criminals and her former teammates, who have orders to bring her in. The deeper she digs, the more dangerous and disturbing the case becomes.

Jessie’s rogue path forces her to confront her own impulse for justice, her complicated ties to the women in Athena, and the risks of acting without support. The mission also pushes her into tense personal relationships and a growing romantic interest, while the larger operation threatens to expose even more about the world she is trying to fight.
