The Story
Thor reforms the League of Realms and leads a cross-realm mission amid the growing conflict with Malekith. The opening mission sends her team into enemy-held territory and sets up a larger struggle over the fate of the realms.
The volume then shifts into a long confrontation between Asgard and the Shi'ar, after Thor is drawn into a challenge staged by the Shi'ar gods. The conflict brings in multiple teams, cameos, and escalating battles, while Loki's manipulations and the wider war continue in the background.
As the story expands into cosmic and mythic territory, the Phoenix Force enters the mix and the conflict becomes a test of power, faith, and worthiness. Jane’s struggle as Thor, and her worsening health, remains central even as the narrative moves through alliances, invasions, and divine trials.
