The Story
Peter has built a new life with a wife and child after the disappearance of his teenage love, Tracy. Years later, after a world-changing event in which loved ones begin returning, Tracy unexpectedly comes back still the same age she was when she vanished.
Her return forces Peter to confront a life he thought was settled. He must face his old feelings, his current marriage, and the consequences of choosing between a past that never truly ended and the family he has now.
The story follows the emotional strain around that decision, with the reactions of the people closest to him shaping the pressure of the choice. The setup centers on grief, loyalty, and whether a reclaimed past can survive in a present that has moved on.
