More about this book

The Story

Four teenagers raised in strict boarding schools escape into a hostile world after learning their lives and families are tied to a brutal regime. As they run, they discover more about the government, the resistance, and the hidden purpose behind their confinement.

Their flight splits and reunites them across dangerous terrain, with pursuit by secret police, dog-men, and other forms of state violence. Along the way, they encounter underground allies, harsh punishments, and the growing cost of choosing freedom over safety.

The story builds toward a larger confrontation in which music, courage, and collective action become part of the resistance. The teens must decide how much they are willing to sacrifice, and whether their voices and choices can help overturn the system that shaped their lives.
