Darkwhispers

Arthur and Maudie Brightstorm return with the crew of the Aurora for another expedition. When a renowned explorer disappears, the explorer families of Lontown set out to find him, but Arthur and Maudie suspect that their old rival Eudora Vane is after more than the missing man.

The search pushes the twins into unfamiliar lands, strange creatures, and dangerous situations that sometimes separate them from each other and from the crew. As they travel, they uncover clues about a larger secret tied to the vanished explorer and the new world they are entering.

Along the way, the twins grow more independent and learn more about themselves, while the Aurora crew faces shifting loyalties, hidden motives, and emotional losses. The adventure builds toward a revealing ending that changes what the characters understand about the journey and the people pursuing it.
