More about this book

The Story

Zoe lives in a tightly controlled underground Community where computer implants and the Link suppress emotion, individuality, and independent thought. People who show anomalous behavior are reported, repaired, or deactivated.

When Zoe begins to glitch, she starts having her own thoughts and feelings, along with uncontrollable telekinetic powers. She meets other glitchers, including boys with their own unusual abilities, and is pulled toward secrets about the Community and the resistance against it.

As Zoe tries to hide her condition, navigate new emotions, and decide whom she can trust, she becomes part of an effort to escape the Community and challenge the system before she and the others are caught.
