The Story
A Hero for WondLa continues Eva Nine’s search for home after the events of the first book. Guided by Rovender and aided by human pilot Hailey, she heads toward New Attica, a place where she hopes to find other humans and a place to belong.
Once there, Eva discovers that the city’s apparent comfort and order hide unsettling truths. New allies, returning companions, and new conflicts draw her deeper into questions about humanity, alien life, and who controls the future of Orbona.
As Eva learns more about the world’s history and the people around her, her sense of identity and loyalty is tested. The story builds toward a larger confrontation while leaving important questions and tensions for the next book.
