Advent

Drew Michalik is working in a top-secret government facility when the world abruptly changes: electronics fail, blue system screens appear, and people begin receiving magic-related powers tied to crystals and ranks. Drew is pushed into the new rules of the world and into immediate danger inside a bunker that has become a dungeon.

As he fights to survive, Drew gathers other survivors, learns how the system works, and discovers that his powers are unusually strong and highly complex. The story follows his early struggles to understand the new mechanics, navigate military structures, and protect people in a collapsing world.

The larger situation keeps expanding beyond the bunker. Parallel Earths, hidden forces, and a wider conflict emerge, and Drew is pushed toward a role that goes beyond escaping alive: helping guide humanity through the aftermath of the Advent and whatever comes next.
