Clockwork Heart

Taya is an icarus, a messenger who can fly between Ondinium’s caste levels on metal wings. When she rescues passengers from a failing wireferry, she gains access to the world of the city’s elite and becomes entangled with powerful figures.

As bombings, secrets, and political tensions spread through the city, Taya is drawn into investigating murders and sabotage while navigating her attraction to two very different brothers. The mystery unfolds alongside pressure from the city’s hierarchy, its machines, and the people trying to control them.

The story follows Taya through shifting alliances, danger, and revelations about Ondinium’s machinery and society. Romance remains present but secondary to the mystery, intrigue, and the consequences of crossing social boundaries.
