Ladies' Night

After a tanker accident in New York City releases a strange chemical odor into the air, women in the affected area begin changing in alarming ways. The incident happens during one night, and the story follows the immediate confusion, mounting fear, and first violent outbreaks as the city starts to unravel.

Tom Braun is at a bar when the chaos begins. With his home only blocks away and his family caught in the danger zone, he must push through the escalating violence and the collapsing neighborhood while navigating a cast of men and women drawn into the disaster.

As the night continues, the story becomes a fast-moving struggle for survival across the city. Different people are caught in the violence from multiple angles, and the narrative stays focused on attacks, evasions, and the effort to reach safety before the situation becomes completely unmanageable.
