Stealing Time

In 2020 New York City, fifteen-year-old Tori’s life is unraveling: her parents are separating, she’s about to move with her mother, and a family secret tied to a major jewel theft is forcing her to rethink everything she knows about her family.

When Tori is suddenly thrown back to 1980, she finds herself in her father’s childhood world and comes face-to-face with teenage Bobby, who is also trying to make sense of her impossible story. Together, they navigate the shock of meeting across time while trying to understand how the past is connected to Tori’s present.

As the pair pieces together the truth behind the diamond heist, they must outwit dangerous criminals, protect their family’s future, and figure out how Tori can get home. The story moves between eras as Tori discovers that changing history may also mean changing how she sees her family.
