PODs

A deadly, fast-moving virus sweeps the world, and the government creates underground PODs to shelter a limited number of selected survivors. Seventeen-year-old Eva is chosen, separated from her family, and sent to live in close quarters with other teenagers and young adults while the outbreak above runs its course.

Inside the PODs, Eva tries to adapt to quarantine life, build friendships, and navigate a growing romance with David. The group learns more about why they were selected and what role they may play in the future, while the world above remains uncertain and fear never fully goes away.

When the PODs finally open, the survivors discover the virus did not end as expected. It has mutated, and those left on the surface have become dangerous infected creatures. Eva and David are forced to keep fighting for safety, for each other, and for any chance at a new life or a cure.
