Bound Through Time: Present

Jett Johnson leaves behind a painful present after family betrayal and relocates to coastal Maine, hoping for a fresh start. On a walk near the shore, she discovers a wrecked longboat and an unconscious man who claims to be a Viking from the past.

The man, Jerrik, is out of place in every way: injured, disoriented, and stranded in the modern world. Jett takes on the role of caretaker while he recovers, and the two begin to navigate the shock of their unlikely connection alongside the ordinary absurdities of his adjustment to contemporary life.

As attraction deepens, the central tension becomes whether Jerrik will return to his own time or stay with Jett. Their bond is tested by fear, loyalty, family obligations, and the emotional risk of choosing a future together.
