Laura Kinney is trying to live as Wolverine and build a life beyond the weapon she was created to be. That fragile peace is shattered when forces from her past use trigger scent, old grudges, and coercion to push her into a deadly rampage.

As authorities close in and enemies resurface, Laura has to survive pursuit from SHIELD, confront the people who shaped and controlled her, and protect the people closest to her. The story leans heavily on her history, her trauma, and the relationships that help define who she is now.

The arc builds toward a personal confrontation and a hard-won resolution. Along the way, Laura is forced to reckon with what she was made into, what she has become, and whether she can finally claim a future on her own terms.
