The Secret Library

Eleven-year-old Dally is grieving her grandfather and feeling trapped by her mother’s rigid plans for her future. When she uncovers a map left behind by her grandfather, it leads her to a hidden library of secrets.

In this library, each book opens onto a specific moment in the past, letting Dally witness and sometimes enter family history. Her adventures move through different eras and revelations, connecting her present-day life to her ancestors, her parents, and the long-buried truths in her family line.

As Dally keeps returning to the library, the discoveries become more personal and more consequential. She must decide what to do with what she learns about her family, her identity, and the life she wants to live.
