The Story

Seventeen-year-old Sully sells mysterious colored spheres at a flea market to help support his mother, but the spheres are too valuable to use casually. When two matching spheres are burned, they can permanently improve abilities and traits, and rarer colors can make fortunes. Sully’s life has already been shaped by one rare find and a powerful buyer who cheated him, so every new discovery carries both hope and danger.

When Sully meets Hunter, a girl who has a natural talent for finding spheres, the two begin hunting together and drawing in friends. Their search for rare spheres pulls them deeper into a world of shifting alliances, risky deals, and escalating pursuit by a wealthy sphere magnate who wants the most valuable finds for himself. As the group keeps uncovering rarer and stranger spheres, their choices begin to matter far beyond personal profit.

The hunt eventually leads to a sphere unlike any seen before, forcing Sully, Hunter, and their friends to confront the mystery behind the spheres and the consequences of using them. What starts as a way to survive becomes a larger struggle over power, trust, and the fate tied to these objects. The story builds toward a high-stakes reveal and an intense final stretch centered on what the spheres really are and what they may have been hiding all along.
